The Winemaker’s Old Fashioned is a cellar twist on the classic Old Fashioned cocktail and made with our very own Roofline Chardonnay Simple Syrup. We are excited to welcome this favorite cocktail back to our menu!

Ingredient List

— 2oz Bourbon Whiskey (We recommend Amador Chardonnay Whiskey)
— 0.5oz Chardonnay Simple Syrup (recipe below)
— 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
— 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Step By Step Recipe

Roofline Chardonnay Simple Syrup

1. Combine equal parts Roofline Chardonnay and sugar.
2. Heat until sugar is dissolved and cool. Syrup will keep for 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator

The Cocktail

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir over ice.
2. Strain into glass over a large ice cube.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
