We’ve included questions that we often receive regarding visiting our Woodinville tasting room and restaurant, as well as our wine club and shipping and order our wines via our online wine shop.

Visiting the Tasting Room

Where is the tasting room located?

The Tasting Room at DeLille Cellars is located at the Old Redhook Brewery in the Hollywood District of Woodinville, Washington. It is the three-story building with DeLille Cellars signage on the corner of the main brewery building.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes. Reservations are encouraged for all visits to the property, including club members and industry partners. We will accommodate walk-ins as space and staffing allows. Make a reservation here.

Are Pets Allowed

DeLille Cellars is considered a food establishment by the Washington State Health Department. Due to the current Health Department code, we are not able to allow dogs in our Tasting Room or on the Patio/Deck.

Do you have outdoor seating available?

Outdoor seating is available when weather permits on a first-come, first-served basis to those with existing reservations.

Are Outside Food And Beverages Permitted?

Outside food and/or beverages of any kind are not permitted. We offer a light menu of cheese, charcuterie and popcorn.  For more details please view our tasting room menu.

Can I Add Guests To My Reservation Upon Arrival?

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate additional guests to your existing reservation. Please call ahead with any changes to your party size.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Your reservation can be cancelled at any time before the time of the reservation should your plans change. However, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so DeLille Cellars can plan accordingly.

Are Children Allowed At The Winery?

es, Persons under the age of 21 years old must be under the direct supervision of an adult at all times. The moving of furniture or sitting separately from adults is not permitted.

All children are part of the total party count and must remain with the party at all times. Persons under the age of 21 years of age are not allowed to consume alcohol at any time. Running, jumping, climbing or sliding on railings is prohibited. DeLille Cellars reserves the right to refuse service if these guidelines are not met.

How Many People Can You Accommodate For A Wine Tasting?

We can accommodate up to a total of four people per table for our daily tasting experiences. This includes designated drivers and all non-tasters. We have a limited number of tables that can accommodate groups of six.  If you are looking for reservations for a group, please email us at tastingroom@delillecellars.com

Why Can We Only Book Up To Four People For A Tasting?

Additional planning and space is necessary to deliver the optimal experience for large parties. The majority of our tables seat four, and a limited number of tables can accommodate six guests.

We Have Eight Guests, Can We Book Two Groups Of Four?

We do not seat more than four people at a table, and we do not coordinate seating times across reservations. We have two private rooms available for large groups. Please call 425-877-9472 to make arrangements for these rooms.

What if I am running late?

Please call if you are running late as we have a set timeframe for each reservation. Parties that are running more than 15 minutes late will receive an abbreviated tasting experience or may need to reschedule.

Should we tip our servers?

Gratuities are solely at the discretion of the guest and appreciated

Is there an area for club members?

Visiting The Lounge Restaurant

What is the difference between the Lounge at DeLille Cellars and The Tasting Room and DeLille Cellars?

  • The Lounge at DeLille Cellars is a separate entity that is part of the DeLille Family. The Lounge is a full-service restaurant featuring wines by the glass and bottle from DeLille Cellars as well as a highly curated selection of wines from around the world, local beers and cider, and craft cocktails.
  • The Tasting Room offers our traditional seated tasting and educational experience where guests sample wines from our portfolio.

Are Reservations required at The Lounge?

While not required, reservations are highly encouraged. Walk-in seating will be available if space allows.

Do DeLille Wine Club Members receive a discount at the Lounge?

DeLille Cellars Wine Club Members will receive their discount on regular priced Wine & Beer along with exclusive access to members only wine selections. Some restrictions may apply.

Are DeLille Cellars’ wine prices higher than the tasting room?

No, all wines from DeLille Cellars are sold at the same price as the tasting room.

Can I bring dogs to The Lounge?

Washington state food code prohibits all animals, except service animals, on the premises of food establishments, including outdoor dining areas.

What is The Lounge cancellation policy?

For parties up to 6 guests, your reservation can be cancelled at any time before the time before your reservation; however, we request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance so we can plan accordingly. For parties of 7 or more, your reservation can be cancelled and your deposit refunded if done so at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation.

Can I bring in outside food?

Due to health regulations, no outside food is allowed in The Lounge or on The Deck.

What is the maximum party size?

The Lounge can accommodate reservations of up to 12 guests in our main dining room. Parties of 7 or more require a $20 per person deposit that will be applied towards your check.  Parties Larger than 12 require booking of one of our private dining rooms.  Please do not make duplicate reservations for Large Parties, as we will be unable to accommodate them.

Can I use my Tasting Room gift card at The Lounge?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept Tasting Room gift cards at The Lounge. The Lounge at DeLille Cellars is a separate entity that is part of the DeLille Family.

Is there a limit for how long I have my table for?

To ensure maximum reservation availability to our guests, table reservations are limited to 2 hours for parties up to five and 2 hours, 30 minutes for parties of 6 or more.

Club Membership

How do I sign up for your Wine Club?

We love growing our wine-loving DeLille community but also aim to ensure that all our members enjoy priority access to our exceptional hospitality, service, and limited-edition wines. For this reason, our wine club is capped, and we only permit new members at available times. The good news is once you sign up for our Waiting List, you will be first in line to be informed of membership opportunities. In addition to our acclaimed portfolio of wines, our club members receive sole access to unique and special bottlings, as well as priority access to new and library releases.

How do I book a tasting on your Wine Club levels?

You must be registered in our Tock reservation system in order to view our club levels. Please use your Wine Club email address when booking in order to access our Wine Club floors. For more information on how to book, please visit Wine Club Reservations.

Online Wine Shop

Why aren’t my member/Wine Club discounts showing on the website?

When you are logged in, your member discounts will be activated at checkout.  Our new website does not frontload discount pricing at this time.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Please allow three to five business days for order processing.  Under normal temperature conditions, wines should ship within this timeframe and arrive with standard UPS shipping timelines.  During certain hot and cold months, we hold ground shipments.  Temperature can easily and adversely affect wine, and so we do this to ensure the integrity of the wine.
