DeLille Cellars, a renowned winery based in Woodinville, is excited to announce the renaming of its dining establishment, formerly known as The Lounge, to The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars. This rebranding aligns with the enhancements made to the operations, menu, and wine list, further elevating the dining experience for visitors.
“We first established The Lounge to offer elevated food and wine experiences for our customers,” said DeLille Cellars CEO Tom Dugan. “With the evolution of collaboration with Executive Chef Michael C. Toni and the demand from our customers and Woodinville community, we realized we had a restaurant on our hands. The renaming simply aligns with the current guest experience and the tremendous hospitality and service our team provides.”
The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars is open Wednesday through Sunday, with expanded hours that include lunch starting at 11:00 AM, a Happy Hour menu at 2:30 PM, and dinner service at 5:00 PM. The Restaurant offers an acclaimed wine list with over 150 wines from across the globe, as well as local draft beer, craft cocktails, and DeLille’s award-winning wines. Guests can experience comparative flights that highlight wines with an alternative style or from regions that have inspired DeLille’s winemaking.
The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars is celebrating its second year of operations on June 16th. Reservations are available online, and walk-ins are welcome as space allows.

In 2021, DeLille Cellars, Woodinville’s oldest operating winery, had the opportunity to open a new wine-centric dining experience at the Old Redhook Brewery in Woodinville. Located adjacent to DeLille’s winery and tasting room, The Restaurant at DeLille Cellars offers glass pours, comparative tastings, and a hand-crafted menu by Executive Chef Michael C. Toni. In addition to DeLille wines, guests at The Restaurant experience wines that have inspired or are an alternative take on the winery’s own craft, as well as a host of local beers and select craft cocktails. The Restaurant is located at the site of the former Forecaster’s Public House which was a mainstay of the Redhook facility for many years.
DeLille Cellars, founded in 1992, is the oldest operating winery in Woodinville, WA, with winemaking and hospitality venues onsite at the Old Redhook Brewery in the Hollywood District of Woodinville Wine Country. Known for pioneering Bordeaux-style blends from Washington State, the winery has maintained a tradition of quality and excellence with over 800 individual 90+ ratings from leading publications. DeLille Cellars focuses on the Red Mountain AVA and sources grapes from Washington’s most acclaimed vineyards.
