2019 Roofline Pinot
WILLAMETTE VALLEY AVA - Blended and Bottled in WA
2019 Roofline Pinot Noir is sourced from multiple sites in the Willamette Valley, and was blended with the goal of producing a wine approachable in its youth, with pure varietal character. The nose overflows with aromas of cherry and red berries, with charming, complimentary earthy tones of underbrush and dried rose petal. The wine is beautifully mid-weight on the palate, with dense cherry and raspberry fruit well balanced with lively acidity. Barrel tannin and flavors draw out the finish, while maintaining appropriate respect for the bright fruit and nuance of the wine.
"The ‘Roofline’ is a Pinot Noir wine made primarily for restaurants. The nose brings gobs of juicy red fruits with orange rind tones. The palate has good freshness and weight, with ripe red cherry and raspberry tones alongside a good sense of minerality. Drink 2021-2027" -Owen Bargreen
