Tasting Notes:
This is our own single vineyard, Red Mountain AVA blend of 3 French clones of Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine has it all, with power-packed layers of black fruits and an entire rack of spices. This wine is a “vin de garde” Cabernet Sauvignon that combines a purity of fruit, with cassis, black fruits, and a bramble berry, sauvage youthfulness. The wine has impeccable structure with a deep focused intensity and ripe tannins.
