Tasting Notes:
This year’s Chaleur Estate Blanc has a creamy nose of grapefruit, pineapple, and straw, with toasted almond notes. In the mouth, the Sauvignon Blanc asserts itself, with complex straw and wild herb notes, along with more creamy citrus and Anjou pear flavors. Like all of our Chaleur Estate Blancs, this is delicious now, but can also be aged for further complexities and surprises.Varietal Blend:
