Tasting Notes:
The attack shows the classic Harrison Hill profile of bright cherries and soft leather - the signature terroir expression of this historic vineyard. There is also a toasty coconut nuance along with black pepper and rose petals on the nose. This wine draws you in with a delicate frame work then delivers classic Cabernet Sauvignon notes of cassis, cherries and blackberry flavors that are simultaneously plush yet elegant. This is a wine to experience with patience - be prepared to measure the finish by the minute on your favorite time piece, not by the second. After all, all good things come to those who wait.
