February Release Saturday the 11th and Sunday the 12th
Join us at the DeLille Cellars Chateau for our February release. Enjoy a tasting of our two new releases, the 2009 Chaleur Estate and 2009 Harrison Hill, as well as additional tastes of other current selections. We will be offering chef prepared appetizers from Executive Chef, Michael Toni of a Platinum Event as well as live music from one of our favorite bands, Four. The cost is just $10 per person paid at the door. As always Grand Estate Wine Club and Grand Cellar Red Case Club members receive two complimentary tickets. RSVP today!

Winemaker Dinner at Daniel's Broiler, South Lake Union-Wednesday February 8th
Join CEO and co-owner of DeLille Cellars for this unique wine experience where guests begin the evening with an education segment, followed by a multi course dinner expertly paired with wines. Light Hors d'oeurves and seminar begins at 6:00, dinner seating at 7:30.

The Loft at Russell's is pleased to welcome DeLille Cellars on Saturday, February 11th, at 7pm. Enjoy a night with Owner Greg Lill and Chef Russell Lowell at the first Winemaker Dinner of the New Year. This pre-Valentine's Day celebration will pair a wonderful meal with DeLille's handcrafted, old-world style wine. Winemaker Dinner at Palisade-Saturday February 18th
There is perhaps no pairing more enticing than good food served with good wine, and Palisade invites you to enjoy the best of both! On Saturday February 18th, at 6:30 p.m., we invite you to an exclusive winemaker’s dinner featuring five phenomenal courses from our kitchen paired with rare vintages from our cellar, hosted by Executive Winemaker, Chris Upchurch.We’ll be pouring limited release wines, and serving them alongside dishes that showcase their flavor, feel and depth. 2011 DeLille Cellars, Grand Ciel, & Doyenne Release Tasting Events
Interested in tasting the future release of our 2010 white wines and the 2009 red wines? Our wine release events include a tasting of the release wines in addition to a tasting of selection of current vintages, chef-prepared appetizers with an artisan cheese and bread buffet to pair with the wines, and live music!
There will be a set entrance fee of $10.00 per person to attend all tasting events at DeLille Cellars, however if you are only interested in picking up your order, you may do so any time after the release weekend hours.
LIBRARY Tastings at the DeLille Cellars' Chateau
Discover the wines of DeLille Cellars, Grand Ciel, and Doyenne in an intimate sit-down tasting at the DeLille Cellars' Chateau. The $50 per person price with a minimum of 150.00 (three people) includes a special library wine from our cellar along with 5 of our award-winning wines, table-side service, Riedel glassware, and savory cheese complements.
Library Tastings are offered daily at 11:00 & 2:00 and are 1 and a half to 2 hours long at our Chateau. Please call for availability.
Because seating is limited, we recommend booking well in advance. To confirm your Reserve Tasting, please call 425/489-0544. A credit card is required in hold your reservation. Cancellations must be made by the Thursday prior to your reservation as our office is closed on the weekends. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to reservations not cancelled by the Thursday prior to your reservation.
